Salary Range: $74,012.70 - $98,683.60

We are seeking a detail-oriented IT Compliance Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing identity and access management processes, specifically focusing on IT compliance objectives. This role involves working collaboratively with various stakeholders to ensure secure and compliant access to our systems and data.
Responsibilities:
- Implement and manage IAM solutions to control user access to sensitive systems and data.
- Develop and maintain user access policies and procedures aligned with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.
- Lead access recertification process, ensuring timely and accurate review of user access rights.
- Coordinate with business units to validate user access and identify any discrepancies.
- Prepare and present access recertification reports to management and auditors.
- Monitor and report on compliance with SOX and other relevant regulations.
- Identify and address potential access-related risks and issues.
- Provide training and support to staff regarding IAM policies and SOX compliance requirements.
- Develop, review, and maintain IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and organizational standards.
- Manage the document lifecycle, including creation, revision, approval, and archiving of compliance-related documents.
- Conduct regular audits of documentation to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Participate in and support internal and external audits
- Assist IT Governance and compliance team with objectives.

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
- Experience in Identity and Access Management or a related role.
- An understanding of IT compliance framework and its implications for access management.
- Experience with IAM tools (e.g., Okta, AD, or similar) and role-based access control (RBAC) principles.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated experience in effective problem solving.
- Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
- Effective communicator, ability to build relations & manage expectations.
