IT Construction Project Manager
Contract Dates: ASAP -Now Through- 12/31/18
Location - Redmond, WA
W-2 & 1099 only

USC,GC,TN & GC/H4-EAD Preferred

Targeted Experience Requested:

• Must have prior experience as a project manager implementing technology in support of construction projects.
• Utility industry experience, preferably Electricity or Gas desired, but not required.
• Smart Grid experience desired, but not required.
• Strong leadership skills required
• Requires strong project management, stakeholder management and communication skills
• A self-starter, go getter is a must.
• Primary position is located in Redmond WA, with the ability to travel to Bellevue or Snoqualmie for meetings.
• Managing IT scope, schedule, budget, deliverables and communication.
• Running meetings and producing meeting notes & action items for team standups, team troubleshooting sessions and sponsor meetings.
• All IT project reporting including monthly budget forecasting, weekly reports, monthly reports, issues & risks dashboards, and decision tracking.
• Vendor management experience, including contracts, invoices, accruals, and deliverables tracking.
• IT delivery milestone reporting into the overall business program.

Project Description and Details:
The IT PM for the Smart Grid Program will be leading the technology work streams for the Smart Grid Program. There are 2 major technology work streams identified for 2018:

• Grid batteries installations at 4 residential locations, 1 commercial location, and 1 residential community battery. The IT PM will run the technology plan, design & execution for this work stream area.
• Electric vehicle (EV) charging stations. The IT PM will run the technology plan, design & execution for this work stream area.
