RESPONSIBLITIES:
Provide business and technical strategies for IT development to involve requirement elicitation, analysis, and functional allocation.
Analyze and evaluate business goals and requirements; recommend strategies to increase MPO success.
Develop controls (course of action, workarounds, etc).
Obtain and maintain knowledge of industry best practices and provide IT recommendations/strategies based on industry practice.
Liaison between MPO customers and various contractor support teams.
Provide recommendations/solutions that are efficient and cost effective.
Meet with internal/external customers to develop required and efficient requirements
Proactively examine customer needs; performance analysis to identify gaps and opportunities.
Perform SWOT analysis as required.

QUALIFICATIONS:
4-year degree in Computer Science or related curriculum from an accredited institution preferred, but not required.
20+ years or more in a technology related field.
Must be a US Citizen.
Active TS/SCI with polygraph clearance required.
