Required Education: Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a related healthcare field.

Required Experience: Fifteen (15) years of IT healthcare experience in financial and third-party systems.

HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT
Your Role:
- Leads and oversees financial and third-party systems' development, implementation, optimization, maintenance, and support for Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare, Inc. (TMH); ensures applications' efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develops and maintains relationships with vendors and other stakeholders.
- Evaluates and enhances financial systems and processes continuously to improve efficiency, accuracy, and functionality.
- Leads a team of managers, team leads, system administrators, developers, and analysts.
- Develops and maintains a budget for financial third-party systems development.
- Analyzes, interprets, and reports financial data.
- Demonstrates integrity, compassion, accountability, respect, and excellence (I CARE values).
- Communicates information timely via appropriate channels.
- Displays an understanding of diversity.
- Manages departmental budget.
- Meet goals/expectations established over the previous year.
- Manages human resources.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO APPLY
Required Education: Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a related healthcare field.

Preferred Experience
- Extensive vendor management, contract negotiation, and relationship building experience.
- Experience managing financial systems (preferably in a leadership role).
- History of successful project management and target/milestone achievement.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, accounting principles, and industry best practices.
- Knowledge of financial systems related regulatory requirements and compliance.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.

- Proficient in financial software and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
