Summary of Duties: Support customers, stakeholders, partners, staff, and overall business strategy through servicing and management of technological resources. Collaborate with other engineers to design and build environments to proper standards with associated documentation and processes. Design and build below technology platforms with proper standards with associated documentation and processes. Lead and manage projects in adherence with the PMO framework, participate in vendor management, create and maintain documentation, and assist in creating standards. Develop and report metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) as appropriate and gather requirements from end-users and other key stakeholders to ensure existing new technology solutions are in alignment with business needs and Enterprise Architecture defined technology capabilities. Collaborate with Enterprise Architects to determine future needs and utilize best practices for how products should be prepared before released to production. Collaborate with Application Development teams on deployment and management of appropriate components through software development lifecycle, optimization for specific platforms and physical configurations, performance tuning, and oversight of deployment into each environment. Work with Operations and define installation, configuration, and provision processes and standards, as well as types of instrumentation required to administer, monitor performance, and troubleshoot problems, all with stability involved.

Qualifications
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field of study and 5 years of progressive experience as a Systems Application Administrator. Employer will accept a Master's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, or related field of study and 2 years of experience as a Systems Application Administrator in lieu of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent and 5 years of progressive experience.
Applicants must have demonstrated experience with the following:
1) 5 years (2 years with a Master's degree) of experience as a System Application Administrator with multiple application platforms;
2) 5 years (2 years with a Master's degree) of experience designing and building technology environments to established standards with associated documentation and processes;
3) 5 years (2 years with a Master's degree) of experience installing, configuring and operating CA API Gateway, Kubernetes, and WebSphere technology platforms;
4) leading and managing projects in adherence with a Project Management Office (PMO) framework, participating in vendor management, creating and maintaining documentation, and assisting in creating standards;
5) collaborating with enterprise and application architects on the selection of technology platforms by doing Proof of Concepts (POCs) with vendors;
6) working with application development teams on the deployment and management of components through the software development lifecycle, optimization for specific platforms and configurations, performance tuning, and supporting testing teams and production environments;
7) supporting stakeholders and overall business strategy through the servicing and management of technological resources; and
8) setting up monitors and alerts on business-critical applications, working with supporting and incident management teams on resolutions to meet users Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Any and all experience may be gained concurrently.
Anticipated Base Pay: $149,781 - $188,650/year
