ABOUT THE ROLE
Galileo's TechOps team is seeking an IT Engineer to join and provide employees with a high-quality technology experience. This role entails planning and executing various technical projects to enhance efficiency through automation and ensure employees' productivity and security. We do not distinguish between IT and Security-we consider both equally important. We utilize engineering frameworks and best practices to keep projects on track and ensure on-time delivery.

$120,000 to $130,000 based on experience, location, and market dynamics

Here's what you'll do:
- Partner with cross-functional teams to understand their technology experience and develop recommendations for improvement beyond the status quo
- Provide technology support for team members and new hires and also brief the team on new functionalities
- Embrace a security-first mindset, stay curious, and explore ways to improve processes through automation
- Participate in the on-call rotation to ensure and support our clinicians throughout their shifts
We'd love to hear from you if the following describes you:
- 3-5 years of experience working in a digital health or technology-forward organization
- Ability to work in a project management style environment where flexibility and navigation across a wide variety of needs is essential
- Experience with SaaS services such as Google Workspace, Slack, MacOS Mobility platforms, and Atlassian
- Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to a varied audience
