THE JOB: The Information Technology Engineer is at the forefront of shaping our IT infrastructure to meet the evolving needs of our business. In this role, you'll design and implement cutting-edge systems, automate critical business processes, and ensure seamless data integration across platforms. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, lead exciting technology initiatives, and optimize our systems for maximum performance and security.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Analyzes business requirements to design efficient information systems that meet operational and strategic needs
  • Develops system specifications, including process maps, data models, and system architecture diagrams
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure information systems align with business processes and objectives
  • Designs and implements data integration solutions to ensure seamless communication between various systems and databases
  • Develops and maintains data models and database structures for optimal performance and scalability
  • Collaborates with data analysts and business intelligence teams to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and availability for decision-making
  • Identifies opportunities for automating business processes using information systems, workflows, and rules engines
  • Ensures systems are scalable and adaptable to meet the evolving needs of the organization
  • Monitors system performance, troubleshoots issues, and implements improvements to maintain optimal system functionality
  • Conducts system testing and validation to ensure that new features and enhancements meet business requirements
  • Adheres to best-practice and regulatory security measures to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
  • Provides support and training for end users, ensuring that systems are used effectively
  • Works closely with vendors, consultants, and other third parties to support system implementation and optimization
  • Creates and maintains comprehensive documentation of system design, configurations, workflows, and processes
  • Generates reports and dashboards to track system performance, usage, and the effectiveness of business processes


REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in systems engineering, information systems, or a related field
  • Experience with current Windows platforms, basic networking principles, and troubleshooting
  • Experience with CRM/ERP systems or similar transactional platforms, preferably NetSuite
  • Experience with programming and structured query language


DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Understanding of lead-to-cash processes
  • Experience in business process modeling (BPM) and workflow automation tools
  • Proficiency with Microsoft's M365 platform, including administrative tools for Identity, Security, and Endpoint Management


WORK LOCATION: Realityworks, Inc. is located in Eau Claire, WI. This is a hybrid position, splitting time between working from a home office and working onsite at the corporate office, as assigned or required.
