The IT ERP Manager, reporting to the Director of Enterprise Application Development, is responsible for leading the technology- related facets of the Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, EPM suite, Risk Management, SAP Concur, SAP Ariba, and Microsoft Dynamics - LoanVision. The position is responsible for overseeing a team of system administrators who perform system monitoring, system configuration, application provisioning, and system maintenance and upgrades. The manager will also support the various facets of project execution related to those initiatives that impact the supported systems.

The IT ERP Manager, reporting to the Director of Enterprise Application Development, is responsible for leading the technology- related facets of the Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, EPM suite, Risk Management, SAP Concur, SAP Ariba, and Microsoft Dynamics - LoanVision. The position is responsible for overseeing a team of system administrators who perform system monitoring, system configuration, application provisioning, and system maintenance and upgrades. The manager will also support the various facets of project execution related to those initiatives that impact the supported systems.
Responsibilities
- Ensures system administrators have defined processes in place to effectively monitor system readiness, system availability, and timely execution of scheduled jobs.
- Ensures system administrators have defined processes in place for application provisioning, system configuration changes, release management, and data migration activities.
- Serves as liaison with managed service providers, such as Oracle ACS, SAP AMS, LoanVision to ensure they are utilized in an appropriate and cost-effective manner.
- Collaborates with IT and business functional managers to ensure service tickets that arise in the normal course of business are prioritized and completed in a timely manner.
- Collaborates with IT and business functional managers to ensure projects impacting supported systems are appropriately staffed. Accountable for quality and timeliness of project deliverables.
- Oversees incident management within Oracle Cloud Risk Management and Compliance. Coordinates with business teams for resolutions.
- Sets and clearly communicates priorities and performance expectations, provides feedback and coaching, and conducts performance appraisals.
- Provides leadership and mentoring to staff, while remaining well-informed of projects and staying current on industry best practices. Advises team on policies and procedures, priorities, methods and standards.
- Works with project management office and various technology teams to support project execution. Establishes clear and achievable objectives, balances competing demands, and adapts specifications, plans and approaches to the different concerns and expectations of the various stakeholders.
- Coordinates annual disaster recovery testing with business units and vendors
- Plans, estimates, budgets and monitors costs to ensure assigned projects are completed within the approved budget with minimal variance.
- Applies knowledge, skills, tools and techniques to project activities to meet business objectives through the application of software development and implementation techniques.
- Leads technical resources and collaborates with stakeholders to ensure project deliverables meet the security and quality objectives.
- Other duties as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Advanced degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science or Information Technology. Work experience will be considered in lieu of a degree
- 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in Oracle systems administration and implementation. Strong, current Oracle Cloud Financials experience is required.
- Past project experience in implementing Oracle ERP/EPM in complex, multiple company environments is preferred.
- Certifications preferred but not required in Oracle Fusion Cloud Enterprise Resource Planning, Oracle Fusion Cloud Enterprise Performance Management, OCI, Oracle Risk Management Certification, SAP Concur Certified Associate Administrator/Configuration, SAP Certified Associate - Ariba
- Must have strong focus on internal and external project planning and execution.
- Excellent collaboration, communication, and negotiation skills to effectively serve as a thought leader in the enterprise.
- Demonstrate advanced understanding of complex business processes across the enterprise, especially those processes relevant for a Finance organization
- Provide direction and leadership in key interactions with business customers to plan and deliver against customer requirements.
- Experience developing and maintaining development staffing budgets and expenses.
- Must have excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences at various levels within the organization. Must be comfortable making formal presentations to senior management.
- Experience with applying and enforcing relevant standards and policies.
- Proficient knowledge and compliance with management practices, company policies, business ethics and procedures. Models, coaches and mentors other leaders in management practices.
- Ability to coach and mentor others to provide leadership to analyze and resolve multiple complex problems at the enterprise level.
- Ability to direct other leaders who manage multiple and strategic projects using the organization's project management methodology.
- Ability to direct, coach and mentor leaders to work effectively in a strong customer service/team-oriented environment.
- Ability to partner with vendors, external contacts and industry standards organizations to deliver technical and business solutions of value to the organization.
- Must be proficient in standard workstation software used for daily tasks, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
