What You'll Take Ownership Of:

• Analyze IT end user system requirements and provide recommendations for IT system improvements
• Coordinate daily with system and network administration to assure team members have the ability and tools to deliver on the mission of IT to support all end users with a positive experience focused on correct and timely solutions
• Utilize IT service management platform to properly communicate and document work completed while building an internal knowledge base and repository of data
• Responsible to coordinate with network and system administration team members to assure successful design, install, maintenance and operation of IT infrastructure systems including, but not limited to, power, telecom, network switching, routers, firewalls, servers, cloud and security
• Work with IT team members to deliver on set SLAs with responsibility to assure IT Infrastructure SLAs are met
• Communicate expected project scope and deadlines with internal IT team along with IT customers in order to assure successful project completion
• Operate and support security infrastructure related to hardware, software and web presence
• Assist network and system administration team members with the prioritization and completion of required day-to-day support operations
• Provide reporting and metrics related to IT infrastructure production and delivery
• Document any trend data regarding IT issues and requests in an effort to identify possible larger scale problems
• Other opportunities for growth as assigned

Need-To-Haves:

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Or equivalent experience
• Previous experience in a supervisory or team lead role is often preferred.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• System/Network Administration Experience

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Helpdesk experience is a plus
