As an IT Manager here at Honeywell Advanced Manufacturing,you will play a crucial role in managing and guiding our IT department tofacilitate our advanced manufacturing operations. You will be accountable fordeveloping and implementing IT strategies, ensuring the effective integrationof technology into our manufacturing processes. With your technical expertiseand guidance, you will drive innovation, optimize efficiency, and enhanceproductivity.

You will report directly to our Director of Operations and you'll work out ofour Morris Plains, NJ location on a hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will impact our manufacturing operations by implementingcutting-edge technology solutions, ensuring seamless integration of IT systems,and driving continuous improvement. You will be working with Product LifecycleManagement solutions (PLM) and be responsible for managingand implementing PLM across the enterprise to provide competitiveadvantages and value to the business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and implement IT strategies to facilitate advanced manufacturingoperations
Ensure the effective integration of technology into manufacturingprocesses
Drive innovation and continuous improvement in IT systems and processes
Manage and guide the IT department, providing technical expertise andguidance.
Manage and implement PLM across the enterprise including documentmanagement solutions, drawing management solutions, and workflow solutions.
Work with cross-functional teams to align IT efforts with business goals.

In October2024 Honeywell announced the spin-off of our Advanced Materials business tobecome a stand-alone publicly traded company, independent of Honeywell. Ourintention is that this role, dedicated to the Advanced Materials business, willbe a part of this future transaction when the separation occurs.

YOU MUST HAVE
5+ years of experience in IT management or arelated role
Strong technical knowledge and expertise inIT systems and processes
Proven track record of driving innovationand continuous improvement

Bachelor's degree in Information Technologyor a related field
Experience in the manufacturing industry
Strong guidance and communication skills
