Wage Range: The target hiring range for this position is $49.86 to $64.58 per hour. Candidates will typically be hired, transferred or promoted between the minimum and midpoint of the wage range. Placement within the wage range is dependent on the applicants' role specific knowledge, skills, abilities, related experience and in consideration of factors such as market conditions and internal equity.

The Opportunity:
- Develop and administer security measures to control, monitor, and restrict access to the CSFS network, computing systems, and applications.
- Oversee daily IT operations to ensure optimal system performance, availability, and reliability.
- Collaborate with departmental directors to identify technology solutions that solve business problems, increase efficiency, and reduce costs.
- Create and oversee detailed project plans using advanced tools and critical path analysis techniques.
- Direct systems analysis, design, programming, testing, quality assurance, technical documentation, and implementation.

What You Will Bring to The Role:
- University degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems (MIS), or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a complex IT environment, including identity and access management, security, project planning, risk analysis, and IT resource management.
- Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.
