IT Manager

Marathon TS is looking for an experienced IT Manager to lead the technology team! The IT Manager supports core infrastructure and employees for hardware, software, audio/video, networking, and telecom. This position will work with many different technologies at many locations throughout the country in a small, tight-knit IT team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Install, manage, update and troubleshoot Windows server, AD, DNS, Client
• Manage Azure infrastructure, VMs, network gateways
• Install and maintain Windows & Mac desktops & laptops
• Sharepoint administration, including basic site setup, user assistance
• Exchange administration, operating in a hybrid environment
• VoIP system management, legacy phone system management, and telecom service management
• Provide mobile phone and tablet setup & support (Apple iPhone/iPad)
• Coordinate and set up new small offices from the ground up, including all wiring, services, hardware
• Audio/Video systems setup and support (NovoPro/DS, Teem, video conferencing)
• Provide on-call support to various users, after hours upgrades or emergencies
• Troubleshoot network related issues including user or site connectivity, VPN, firewalls, switches; software related issues including the Windows, MacOS, Microsoft Office suite, phone connection issues, both phone hardware and telco service

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum of five years of experience in IT administration
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or equivalent work experience required
• Exceptional Microsoft Windows 7/10, Windows Server knowledge
• Microsoft Office products - Skype/Teams, Sharepoint, Office apps
• Microsoft Office 365 administration - Exchange, Sharepoint, Teams
• Microsoft Azure experience
• Data cabling experience (tone, terminate)
• Networking hardware (firewall/switches)
• Basic Telephone system / Telecom experience, Avaya IP Office preferred
• Basic Audio/Video systems knowledge
• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and work effectively on multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to identify and solve problems effectively
• Must possess excellent customer service abilities and attitude
