IT Manager

Job Summary

• We are seeking a dedicated IT Manager to join our team, managing critical IT functions and
• operations. This role requires on-site presence at Troy Office to ensure
• the seamless operation of our 24/7 equipment and network assets located at the Troy
• Office and branch sites. The IT Manager will manage various IT tasks, ensuring optimal
• performance and security of our IT infrastructure

Job Description

• Develop and manage IT budgets, overseeing investments in system development and
• hardware.
• Manage laptop and network assets, including creating images, setup, maintenance,
• and decommissioning.
• Oversee server management, including security patches, backups, and security
• checks.
• Administer software assets, ensuring compliance and addressing unauthorized
• software.
• Manage video equipment and provide user support for Cloud PC, MS Teams, external
• storage devices, and test equipment.
• Conduct regular cybersecurity checks and respond to customer cybersecurity surveys.
• Support the development and operation of key applications, addressing any issues that
• arise.

Qualifications

• 8 to15 years of relevant experience required
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proven experience in IT management, network administration, and user support.
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity practices and IT infrastructure management.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a 24/7 operational environment.
• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with various teams.
