PRIMARY RESPONSIBILTIES
Under the supervision of the Engineering Manager, the IT Manager is responsible for maintaining computer, phone, website, networking and security systems at Winco. The IT Manager is responsible for ensuring proper access and security standards are maintained on all Winco IT assets and accounts while maintaining strict confidentiality with all Winco data. The IT Manager will implement strategies to proactively improve and prevent issues in the IT infrastructure. The IT Manager will implement strategies to upgrade and maintain IT infrastructure to keep the organization continuously improving. The IT Manager will work closely with all outside IT contractors to ensure that work is performed to standard and cost effectively.

This role interacts with internal staff in every department throughout the company.
DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Set up and maintain servers, PCs, printers and all other IT assets
Monitor and manage security and permissions on all IT assets
Administer M365 products
Manage all IT licensing
Manage outside IT contractors and support their Help Desk
Manage ERP system upgrades, troubleshooting and implement improvements
Manage VOIP Phone System
Manage internal networking and the internet service provider
Manage website infrastructure and associated contractors
Document changes and status of all critical IT infrastructure
Create, modify and maintain queries, reporting and other analytical tools
Other duties as assigned
