A3 Technology, Inc. is seeking a senior level IT Operations Research Analyst to join our Cybersecurity group. The IT Operations Research Analyst will support the cybersecurity Program Management Organization with data analysis, efficiency strategies and program management support.
This position is 100% onsite.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct quantitative analysis using operations research tools, economics and other quantitative techniques in the areas of procedural implementations and performance issues.
- Create analysis procedures.
- Assist in the definition of machine learning and data mining strategies.
Create, deploy, maintain and refine decision management models. - Provide program support that encompasses the development and execution of multiple tasks/projects, stakeholder engagement, program outreach and tracking of associated work assignments and deliverables. This support also requires engagement with other offices, other Government Agencies and external Public/Private Partners for activities directly relevant to the support of the Cybersecurity Program efforts.
- Provide support for projects and activities at the team level, including developing internal statements of work/requirements products, developing a Master Program Plan and Detailed Schedule of Cybersecurity activities, projects and task-specific milestones.
- Support the preparation, review and maintenance of reports, guidance and plans including, but not limited to, Strategic Plans, External Reports (e.g., General Accountable Office (GAO), Office of Inspector General (OIG), Cybersecurity Framework (CSF) and internal/external guidance and reports.
- Prepare briefings and white papers in support of executive management or team presentations on program status covering all related initiatives to management or other work groups that may be supporting Cybersecurity activities.
- Support the development and implementation of strategy for centralized Cybersecurity Asset Management to comply with Office of Management and Budget (OMB) mandates.
- Develop, maintain and report program metrics in collaboration with program host organization.
- Evaluate/propose streamlined acquisition processes necessary to support Cybersecurity objectives.
- Develop and Maintain Cybersecurity Risk Management processes (including implementation of the Risk, Issue and Opportunity (RIO) process, as appropriate).
- Prepare briefings and white papers in support of executive management or team presentations on program status covering all related initiatives to management or other work groups that may be supporting Cybersecurity activities.
Skills Required:
- Experience supporting cybersecurity solutions for a large enterprise (over 35,000 users).
- Experience with federal IT security rulesets such as NIST.
- Experience creating analysis procedures.
- Experience with risk management procedures.
- Experience managing cybersecurity and system security documentation in accordance with policies.
- Experience writing white papers.
- Experience writing reports and presentations for audiences at variable technical levels.
- Excellent written and communication skills.
- Self-motivated to take ownership of projects.
Skills Preferred:
- Certificate in an IT security area (e.g. CISSP, CISM).
- Experience working with a large organization (>35,000 customers).
- Experience collaborating with peer and client teams.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in operations research, economics, computer science, engineering, business, information systems, information technology, management science or degree in related field and 20 years of IT experience.
