General Purpose of Job:
Design and implement application systems and work continually to improve application through upgrades, expansion, other projects and mentoring of other caregivers.
Essential Duties:
This job description is intended to cover the minimum essential duties assigned on a regular basis. Caregivers may be asked to perform additional duties as assigned by their leader. Leadership has the right to alter or modify the duties of the position.
Job Requirements
General Requirements
Must achieve Epic certification or have completed assigned training courses and achieved demonstrable mastery of other application within 120 days of hire.
Work Experience
Minimum one year of relevant work experience (IT, Clinical, finance, etc)
Education
Bachelor's or Master's degree in math, computer science, engineering or other analytic field OR associates degree and 4+ years of professional experience.
Specialized Knowledge and Skills
Demonstrable and strong problem solving skills Good written and verbal communications skills Strong interpersonal skills Professionalism Desire for meaningful work and real responsibility Customer service skills Demonstrates ability to use a keyboard as may be required to perform the essential duties of the job.

- Participate in analyzing, designing and implementing application systems.
- Work to continually improve applications through upgrades, expansion, and other projects.
- Mentor Application Support Associates and Application Analyst Associates
- Complex application related problem solving
- Work on medium scale optimizations
- Proactively partner with operations to improve workflows leveraging application functionality
- Responsible for small projects
- Manage issues list with vendors
