R elated Job: Manager, Enterprise Risk and Resilience
Core Responsibilities:

Managing enterprise risk management (ERM) framework, ERM strategy, evaluating ERM approach/ actions, proposing alternatives to achieve strategic results

Plan, perform, and evaluate ERM targeted risk assessments; Provide feedback to ERM analysts leading assessments; Coach ERM analysts to improve performance

Design and develop ERM reporting for business stakeholders and ERM executive teams, assist with preparation of reports/ communications to key stakeholders

Mandatory Skills:

5-10 years experience in a risk management related position Experience defining and implementing ERM strategy Experience executing risk assessments, surveys, and other common ERM deliverables Experience creating and delivering ERM presentations and reports to executives Experience using Microsoft Office technology to collect, analyze, and report on enterprise risk and risk assessments

Desired Skills: Experience delivering risk related services for a large consulting firm (for example a big 4 firm or similar) Experience with ERM specific technology solutions, specifically Riskonnect Experience with ERM in a manufacturing or retail environment

6) Is the candidate able to discuss the specific situation, procedures, and outcome of these assessments during the interview process? (Yes/ No)

Propose and develop ERM internal metrics for periodic collection; Evaluate and assist with preparation of ERM metric communications

Prepare and document ERM strategy, evaluate ERM capabilities against a maturity model, and assist with prioritization of ERM initiatives to strategy
