DUTIES:
- Product Ownership: Lead the strategic direction of our platform, ensuring it meets the needs of stakeholders.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal executives, teams, and external vendors to gather requirements and drive project initiatives.
- Program Management: Oversee the project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
- Systems Ownership: Act as the primary owner for the Cornerstone LMS platform, coordinating with IT and the learning management team.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively with various operating units, fostering a culture of teamwork and communication.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience as a Product Owner, Program Manager, or Business Analyst.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies.
- Experience with the Cornerstone LMS platform is a plus, but not required.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating ideas clearly to diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with safety and field personnel operations, particularly in infrastructure or construction settings, is preferred.
- The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader with a strategic mindset, able to drive initiatives while maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders. While industry knowledge is not mandatory, it will be beneficial.
