Position Description:
  • Platform and Delivery Manager - responsible for hardware rolled out to branch users and includes working with the Business to define and execute a strategy to modernize peripherals and customer interaction in our branch locations.
  • The incumbent manages the roadmap, and the coordination of delivery of new features.
  • The role includes the coordination of operational support for branch hardware.

Requirements:
  • Experience - Evidence of working with business and IT management to define and execute strategies to modernize peripherals to improve customer interaction.
  • Experience - Successful management of hardware role outs to remote locations including the coordination of internal and external suppliers to meet planned deadlines.
  • Experience - Strong project management experience, including planning, task management and budget control.
  • Experience - Demonstrate experience of partnering with Business & IT analysts to translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Experience - Organized, disciplined ability to track and independently follow up actions, risks and issues.
  • Experience - Incident management - acting as SME and coordinator of incidents working with a central Incident Management team.
  • Experience - Practical experience of risk management, in particular with respect to the management of third parties and off-shore teams.
  • Experience - Demonstrate contribution to the creation of technology strategies in alignment with enterprise data architecture principles, Group standards and initiatives and authorized technology strategy.
  • Communication - Ability to provide precise, concise reporting, ability to articulate in Steering Committees, project meetings, etc.
  • Testing - experience of testing co-ordination, follow up and incident remediation.
  • Monitoring - Demonstrate understanding of how to establish and maintain KPIs for hardware roll-outs' and on-going support.
  • Collaboration - Demonstrate experience of working with other managers/areas to ensure roll outs are managed seamlessly and negative impacts to branch users is minimized.
