Position Description:
- Platform and Delivery Manager - responsible for hardware rolled out to branch users and includes working with the Business to define and execute a strategy to modernize peripherals and customer interaction in our branch locations.
- The incumbent manages the roadmap, and the coordination of delivery of new features.
- The role includes the coordination of operational support for branch hardware.
Requirements:
- Experience - Evidence of working with business and IT management to define and execute strategies to modernize peripherals to improve customer interaction.
- Experience - Successful management of hardware role outs to remote locations including the coordination of internal and external suppliers to meet planned deadlines.
- Experience - Strong project management experience, including planning, task management and budget control.
- Experience - Demonstrate experience of partnering with Business & IT analysts to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Experience - Organized, disciplined ability to track and independently follow up actions, risks and issues.
- Experience - Incident management - acting as SME and coordinator of incidents working with a central Incident Management team.
- Experience - Practical experience of risk management, in particular with respect to the management of third parties and off-shore teams.
- Experience - Demonstrate contribution to the creation of technology strategies in alignment with enterprise data architecture principles, Group standards and initiatives and authorized technology strategy.
