MyPoint is seeking an IT Programmer Analyst for our Kearny Mesa corporate office. This position is Responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and modifying Episys PowerOn spec files, including testing, debugging, and installing to support business applications. Designs and writes code to support current and requested reports and system sub-functions.
Must be detail-oriented and possess excellent project management skills, as well as the ability to handle multiple tasks, establish priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Position will require after hours and evening work, as well as 24x7 on call support.
The ideal candidate must have the following education/experience:
Associates degree, or completion of a specialized course of study at a business or trade school, or completion of a specialized and extensive in-house training or apprenticeship program.
Preferred qualifications include:
Starting range: $41.00 - $51.00 per hour.

- Three (3) years of related experience.
- Two (2) years of Symitar experience.
- Knowledge of established programming PowerOn procedures and programming languages.
- Knowledge of current technological developments/trends in area of expertise. Knowledge of programming logic and codes.
- Knowledge of customer service standards and procedures.
- Ability to determine computer problems and to coordinate hardware and/or software solutions. Ability to implement and troubleshoot programming changes and modifications.
- Ability to write technical instructions in the use of programs and/or program modifications. Ability to communicate with and interpret the operational requirements of end users.
- Ability to investigate and analyze information and to draw conclusions. Ability to process computer data and to format and generate reports.
Preferred qualifications include:
- Experience and Knowledge of the following:
- Creating/modifying forms for use with Symitar
- Automation programming and workflow
- Third-party integrations and APIs
- HTML, Javascript, SymXchange
Starting range: $41.00 - $51.00 per hour.
