Nightwing is seeking an IT Project Manager to lead the design, development, and integration of enterprise web applications, specifically focusing on Salesforce development within the medical domain. This role requires managing Salesforce projects using Experience Cloud and HealthCloud platforms to ensure seamless implementation and innovative solutions. The IT PM will work in a fast-paced environment to assist program members in integrating cutting-edge technology into enterprise workflows while providing leadership and guidance on best practices. Candidates should possess proven experience in IT project management, strong analytical skills, and expertise in Salesforce platforms

Responsibilities
  • Manage the Salesforce development lifecycle for medical domain projects, including Experience Cloud and HealthCloud integration.
  • Plan and coordinate program management activities, such as scheduling meetings, preparing briefings, and presenting project updates.
  • Identify best practices for streamlining workflows, standardizing processes, and integrating new Salesforce technology.
  • Collaborate with the Development Team, Scrum Master, and Program Manager to track progress across agile methodologies.
  • Supervise team members aligned to agile teams and manage their performance effectively.
  • Document Agile Project Plans, including Milestones, Epics, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, and detailed impact analysis in enterprise requirements management tools.
  • Lead agile ceremonies (Backlog Refinement, Retrospectives, Sprint Planning, etc.) and resolve team roadblocks to maintain project momentum.
  • Create and maintain project reporting using Salesforce tools and enterprise requirements management tools.
  • Coordinate project schedules, meetings, and documentation to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
  • Ensure alignment between Salesforce capabilities and specific medical domain requirements.
  • Compose technical documentation related to Salesforce implementations.
  • Edit and review deliverables, including functional descriptions, system specifications, and technical reports.
  • Provide statistical analysis, compile data, and prepare informative reports for stakeholders.
  • Assist in the preparation of management plans and integration of resources to optimize project outcomes.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field with 10 years of experience and or Master's degree with 8 years of experience.
  • Proven experience in IT project management with a focus on Salesforce development projects.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce platforms, particularly Experience Cloud and HealthCloud.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives across agile teams simultaneously.
  • Effective communication and technical writing skills to produce high-quality documentation.
  • Experience in the medical domain is a plus.
