Qualifications:
Experience:
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in IT project management, with a proven track record of successfully managing and delivering IT projects.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and best practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Trello).
- Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), or similar certifications are highly desirable.
