Only one Certification Bonus per calendar year may be awarded per employee. Only current, active employees will be eligible to receive this bonus. It will be awarded 90 days after the Synectics office has received documentation confirming the successful completion of the certification.

- This position is for an experienced IT Project Manager to be part of the IT Program Management Office, leading projects within the Mergers and Acquisition (M&A) Program.
- M&A Program is integrating Business applications into the IT ecosystem for various acquisitions. It enables business with streamlined systems and efficient operations.
- Responsible for detailed Project Planning, execution and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed on time and to the required standards
- Proactively manage Project RAID Items and compliance with the project management processes
- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure their needs are met; building and maintaining strong relationships with team members and stakeholders
- Leading & coordinating project teams to ensure tasks are completed effectively and on time
- Facilitate Scrum framework and ensure the team stays focused and on track, helping them identify any impediments and discuss progress
- Identify and access potential risks and develop risk mitigation strategy
- Coach the team members in adopting Agile practices and mentor the team members to adopt a truly Agile mindset, including ownership, self-management and empowerment
- Create a collaborative environment which allows the team & stakeholders to interact closely
- Collaborate with project and program leads to create overarching delivery timelines
- Drive activities to achieve measurable outcomes by managing schedule, resource, scope, budget, risk, issue, and dependencies; escalating issues to stakeholders and challenging scope changes
- Prepare project plan, manage project deliverables and track activities/milestones to completion
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Information Tecnology, or related field from an accredited University
- Minimum 6-8 years experience leading projects across multiple cross-functional teams
- Certified Project Management Professional or Scrum Master Certification
- Project management skills: create and execute project plans, proactively manage risks/issues, maintain compliance with project management processes, an eye for detail, independently maintain project documentation, drive follow-up on open actions etc.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills: Identifies opportunities or problems and acts quickly and decisively to respond to the situation.
- Ability to drive productive conversations and team meetings.
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to form valuable partnership and working relationships with key stakeholders
- Strong Team Player with people skills to foster teamwork and a positive environment to the project team
- Experience managing Oracle Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) projects and awareness of Core Business processes
- Proficient in basic Google Applications (Sheets, Docs, Slides) and Atlassian application (Jira and Confluence)
- Experience in Agile and Scaled Agile Framework
- Proven experience in using Agile project management tools such as Jira and Confluence
- Excellent organization, planning, coordination skills.
