The IT Project Manager spearheads critical technology initiatives, particularly focusing on internal business functions such as the Technology Roadmap project and ERP & CRM Implementation projects. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless coordination and successful completion of projects, adhering to established timelines, budgets and scope. The IT Project Manager serves as a leader overseeing all project aspects, setting strategic deadlines, assigning responsibilities and diligently monitoring and summarizing project progress.

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, printers, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines

Duties and Responsibilities / Essential Functions:
- Create comprehensive project plans outlining tasks for internal resources and third party vendors.
- Manage the execution of project tasks to ensure successful project delivery within established timelines and budget constraints.
- Ensure that all healthcare IT projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget.
- Assist in defining project scope and objectives, involving relevant stakeholders to ensure technical feasibility.
- Engage with stakeholders to gather project requirements.
- Ensure availability and allocation of resources required for project execution.
- Collaborate with resource managers to optimize resource utilization.
- Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress.
- Regularly assess project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Lead and participate in the development of project requirements, process flow diagrams, architecture and system designs.
- Manage changes to project scope, schedule and costs using verification techniques.
- Adapt project plans to accommodate changes while ensuring alignment with objectives.
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Analyze successful completion of short and long term goals.
- Manage relationships with clients and all stakeholders.
- Communicate project updates, address concerns and ensure alignment with client expectations.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Develop and share project plans with clients and internal staff members.
- Meet with clients to gather detailed specific project requirements.
- Meet budgetary objectives and adjust project constraints based on financial analysis when needed.
- Develop and manage comprehensive project budgets.
- Communicate clearly and concisely in both written and oral formats, conveying technical and non-technical information to stakeholders.
- Develop and share comprehensive project plans with clients and staff members.
- Utilize spreadsheets, diagrams and progress maps to document project needs.
- Understand current IT technologies to effectively manage technology projects in the healthcare domain.
- Establish proper communication channels with client personnel and respond appropriately to all client concerns.
- Effectively work with diverse project teams and manage resources working across multiple matrix organizations.
- Ensure each team member understand time and budget constraints and has necessary tools and skills for effective job performance.

Required Education, Experience & Competencies:
- Bachelor's degree in business, project management or equivalent
- 5-7 years of experience managing large enterprise-wide projects, especially ERP, CRM and data warehousing within the healthcare industry
- Strong knowledge of IT processing, systems and technologies
- Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
- Proficient in project management tools and software
- Analytical thinker with strong problem solving abilities
- Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and environments
- Exceptional organization skills with a keen attention to detail
- Proven working experience in project management or delivery management
- Successful project management ERP and CRM projects; Microsoft Dynamics and NetSuite a plus
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Microsoft Office, MS Project and Visio proficiency
