Job Title: IT QA Test Analyst 5
Location: Austin, TX or Warren, MI
This is hybrid position and need to be 3 days in the office and 2 days' work remote in a week as of now, and also only local to the 2 innovation centers in Austin, Texas OR Warren, Michigan for the entire assignment **
10+ years of experience working in Software Development in a mobile development iOS and Android, QA, or DevOps role; and Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent combination of education and recent, relevant work experience
7+ years of experience with Test Automation
Perfecto, Selenium, Test Java Code, Cucumber Behavior Driven Development (BDD) framework test and software development experience designing, building, and maintain automation frameworks using a modern programming or scripting language
5+ years fortune companies experience and exposure and understanding of a wide range of technologies including but not limited Operating Systems, Software Languages

The senior software test engineer will be responsible for developing quality standards that support the company's software development process.
You will be accountable for the overall quality of the product you work on and for developing test strategy and execution.
You'll provide coaching and mentoring to other test engineers and develop reports and metrics to track your progress.

Develop and drive test automation strategy, execute plans, monitor, and report on progress
Create test cases to provide 100% test coverage for all user stories and feature using BDD (Behavior Driven Development) or TDD (Test Driven Development)
Ensure tests are automated within the sprint and are continually added to CICD pipeline
Schedule test automation suits to run once a day and triggered by every new build
Establish processes for maintaining automation scripts and generate regular test reports
Ensure team is focused on the right priorities, monitor the quality and productivity of the work
Be accountable for meeting automation goals and objectives for your product line
Perform root cause analysis, technology evaluations, and develop quick prototypes
Commit to completing well-defined, secure, and elegant work and deliver on your commitments
Consistently follow the specified software development methodologies
Solid knowledge of Web Services (SOAP and REST)
Hands on experience using API automation tools
Experience with Rest Assured API automation
