Description:

Responsible for overseeing the service desk operations, MSP service management, supporting project teams, and providing outstanding support to our employees. Will manage the activities and team members associated with providing end-user technical services to internal customers by identifying, prioritizing, and confirming the resolution of reported problems with desktop, laptop, and networked systems. Be a team mentor and ensure the team performs at its highest level. Work with vendors and other teams during onboarding and ongoing relationships between Technical Support.

College diploma or university degree in computer science and/or 10 years equivalent work experience.
At least eight (10) years of experience providing direct customer-facing support.
At least three (5) years of experience as a manager of a team delivering technical support.
