Duties and Responsibilities:
- Corporate IT systems management, administration, and user support, including:
- Ensuring systems and data security,
- Maximizing system availability for end users,
- Deltek Costpoint administration and user support,
- SharePoint administration and user support,
- Laptop issuance, tracking, and user support,
- Company cell phone issuance, tracking, and user support, and
- License management for Costpoint, SharePoint, Microsoft suite, and other license driven systems.
- QA Support for implementation of business management frameworks
- Corporate lead for the Quality Management Systems (QMS), including:
- ISO 9001:2015
- ISO 20000:2011
- ISO 27001:2013
- CMMI-SVC Level 3
- Leads QMS activities, including internal meetings and correspondence.
- Maintains QMS documentation.
- Responsible for internal QMS / ISO / CMMI audits.
- Responsible for successful external QMS / ISO / CMMI audits/
- Provide other operational support as required.
Required Qualifications:
- Must be capable of speaking and writing clearly, one-on-one and across the organization.
- Must possess a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office with an emphasis on Excel and Desktop Publishing.
- Must possess a strong knowledge of web conferencing tools and e-mail applications such as Microsoft Teams and Outlook.
- Must be organized, detail-oriented, and produce accurate, reliable work products.
- Experience with accounting systems, such as Costpoint, is a plus.
Required Experience:
- Three years of relevant Corporate IT support experience in the government contracting industry.
Required Education:
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science or related field.
Preferred Education:
- IT certifications preferred.
- Quality management certifications preferred.

- Hybrid work schedule: 2 days onsite in Fairfax, VA, and 3 days remote (subject to change).
