Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled IVR Chatbot Developer to join our team in Newark, NJ. This role requires a deep understanding of IVR technology and related telecommunications devices, networks, software, and systems. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing and managing speech recognition systems and grammars, as well as implementing third-party integrations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain IVR voice bots using AWS Lex.
  • Manage and develop speech recognition systems and grammars.
  • Implement third-party integrations such as AWS Lambda (NodeJS and/or Python), Lex, Amelia, Polly, and CRM (Salesforce), Google CCAI.
  • Call APIs, Microservices, and other cross-system communication protocols.
  • Integrate telephony systems with other computer systems (e.g., SOAP, VXML, SQL, XML, REST).
  • Design, develop, and support advanced IVR applications using object-oriented programming languages.

Requirements:
  • AWS Lex for IVR voice bot development is a key skill.
  • Advanced understanding of IVR technology and related telecommunications devices, networks, software, and systems.
  • Experience with management and development of speech recognition systems and grammars.
  • Experience in implementing third-party integrations like AWS Lambda (NodeJS and/or Python), Lex, Amelia, Polly, and CRM (Salesforce), Google CCAI.
  • Proficiency in calling APIs, Microservices, and other cross-system communication protocols.
  • Experience with integration of telephony systems to other computer systems (e.g., SOAP, VXML, SQL, XML, REST).
  • Software development experience in an object-oriented programming language.
  • Ability to design, develop, and support advanced IVR applications.
