Description:
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills IBM TRIRIGA, Real Estate Lease and Capital Project Modules.
Experience Required
Good knowledge of Real Estate, Lease administration, accounting standards and BIRT Report development.
Excellent understanding of the IBM TRIRIGA development platform, including deep technical understanding of common business object attributes, behaviors, state transitions and interdependencies.
Experience with the IBM TRIRIGA foundation platform application builder tools and the IBM TRIRIGA UX Framework.
Knowledge in building IBM TRIRIGA system integrations and designing data migrations.
Experience in working with multi-location teams for Development and Testing phases.
Broad foundational knowledge of corporate real estate and facilities management functions, including portfolio management, transaction management, lease administration and capital projects.
Experience working in an Agile/SCRUM environment.
Ability to function in a virtual global team environment and contribute to the timely delivery.
Experience in leading the business requirements discussions and design phases for the implementation of TRIRIGA Lease modules.
Expertise in Developing process diagrams, use cases, gap analysis, and functional design documents.
Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to self-perform in terms of prioritizing multiple tasks and managing time effectively.
Experience in providing leadership status reports, escalate to higher management as needed and Timely completion of milestones.
Certified IBM TRIRIGA application developer is a must.
Certified Real Estate Functional Consultant is an added advantage.
Roles & Responsibilities
Work with stakeholders to gather business requirements related to real estate, asset management and capital project management.
Configure TRIRIGA applications, including workflows, forms and business logic.
Develop and deploy TRIRIGA Data Model changes, security settings, and user roles.
Manage data migration, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
Conduct quality assurance activities through validation and testing processes.
Ensure TRIRIGA solutions meet performance, scalability, and security requirements.
Support post-implementation issues.
Work with IBM support for issue resolution.
Salary Range: $110,000-$130,000 a year
