Required Skills:
- 12+ years of experience in Java backend development domain with 5+ years in Tech Lead Role
- Strong expertise in Spring framework (Spring, Spring Boot, Spring Security, Spring Data, etc)
- Hands on experience with designing and implementing the messaging and event streaming system using Kafka
- Experience in using Redis in caching and session management.
- Deep understanding in microservice architecture and Domain Driven Design (DDD).
- Solid knowledge in containerization (Openshift/Kubernetes/Docker).
- 6-10 years of relevant experience in the Financial Service industry
- Experience as Applications Development Manager
- Experience as senior level in an Applications Development role
- Stakeholder and people management experience
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Proven project management skills
- Basic knowledge of industry practices and standards
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
