- Lead and mentor a team of developers in designing, developing, and maintaining Java-based applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Develop and maintain front-end applications using Angular and React.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our solutions remain competitive.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Java Developer with a strong understanding of Java frameworks and libraries.
- Extensive experience with Angular and React.typecript, AWS
- Strong knowledge of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with RESTful APIs and web services.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
