JavaScript Developer I / Platform Developer II

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Developer with 4-6 years of hands-on experience in JavaScript and Apex development. The ideal candidate will possess Salesforce certifications (JavaScript Developer I & Platform Developer II) and have expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC), API integrations, asynchronous processing, and DevOps practices using Git and CI/CD tools like Copado or Salesforce DX.

This role is ideal for a developer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about building secure, scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform.

Qualifications

Required Experience & Skills:

• 4-6 years of development experience with JavaScript and Apex
• Strong experience with Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Solid understanding of Apex classes, triggers, and asynchronous processing
• Expertise in API integration (REST/SOAP)
• Hands-on experience with Git, version control, and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Copado, Salesforce DX)
• Proficient in debugging and performance tuning of Apex and LWC code
• Experience with test classes, code coverage, and deployment best practices

Certifications (Required):

• Salesforce JavaScript Developer I
• Salesforce Platform Developer II

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field

Security Clearance:

• Must currently hold or be able to obtain a Secret Clearance

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Salesforce Shield, Event Monitoring, or platform encryption
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Experience working in a federal or DoD environment
