Job responsibilities
- Execute software solutions, design, development, and technical troubleshooting with ability to think beyond routine or conventional approaches to build solutions or break down technical problems.
- Writes secure and high-quality code using the syntax of at least one programming language with limited guidance for the automation within PAM ecosystem.
- Designs, develops, codes, and troubleshoots with consideration of upstream and downstream systems and technical implications.
- Demonstrates a high level of technical expertise within one or more technical domains and proactively identifies and solves technology-related bottlenecks in your areas of expertise.
- Applies knowledge of tools within the Software Development Life Cycle toolchain to improve the value realized by automation.
- Produces architecture and design artifacts for complex applications while being accountable for ensuring design constraints are met by software code development.
- Adds to team culture of diversity, equity, inclusion, and respect
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts, coupled with 3+ years hands-on experience.
- Experience in Privilege Access Management domain (Products like HashiCorp, CyberArk , Beyond trust etc.).
- Strong Hands-on experience with scripting language (Go, Python).
- Strong Hands-on Experience with Cloud - AWS, Azure.
- Hands on Experience with Terraform.
- Must have strong analysis (both requirements and system) and design skills.
- Expertise in application, data and infrastructure architecture disciplines.
- Exposure to and/or experience with LDAP, Active Directory, ADFS.
- Excellent customer service attitude, communication skills (written and verbal), and interpersonal skills, skills in dealing with a diverse population.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Experience working in security domain (network security or Application security) is desirable.
- Exposure to Java programming language.
- Exposure to databases and streaming technologies like Kafka.
- Exposure to Enterprise Observability tools (like Splunk, Dynatrace, Datadog)
- Understanding DevOps and experience with automation tools such as Jenkins, JIRA, Maven, Git and Bitbucket.
- Experience in delivering solutions through Agile methodology including daily participation in Agile ceremonies.
