Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting technical skills
Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
Work within the defined IT SDLC
Comply with all IT Control Framework processes and standards
Ability to work independently on complex work assignments and think critically around processes and approaches to solve business challenges.
Specific
Advise on best practices for JIRA configuration and provide recommendations related to process.
Manage user permission and provisioning process.
Respond to incoming requests and inquiries for new tools and workflow. Work with customers to enable customer workflows, fields, screens, dashboards, and reports.
Responsible to answer questions related to JIRA functionality.
Day-to-day management and administration of JIRA including workflows, user accounts, custom fields, security schemas, issues schemas, project creation, etc.
Provide technical and production support assistance to users.
Maintain non-production regions.
Test, install, and configure JIRA 3rd party plugins and add-ons as needed
Perform testing of new version, upgrades, tools, and support on-going maintenance efforts.
