Qualifications
Preferred candidates will have:
- 3-7 years of professional experience in architectural design
- Demonstrated proficiency in coordinating consultants and managing technical aspects
- Preference for experience in multi-family housing projects, particularly in Type I and Type III construction
- Possesses a keen design sensibility
- Upholds integrity in all aspects of work
- Effective communication skills and a collaborative team player
- Highly desirable proficiency in Revit software
- Skilled in hand drawing and sketching techniques
- Capable of delivering engaging presentations; familiarity with Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and SketchUp
- Some exposure to civic projects and/or multi-family housing is advantageous
