Senior Product Manager, Promoted Offsite Ads

Company Ads is a multidisciplinary craft, involving a wide variety of advertisers, merchants, content, promotions, products and buyers. Within company Ads, we are creating new advertising solutions to reach ecommerce buyers off company early in their shopping journey.

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

  • Own the roadmap for Promoted Offsite Seller Experience.
  • Work closely with sellers and UX Research to understand their priorities and needs.
  • Work closely with buyer research to understand the broader shopping journey off company.
  • Work closely with company leadership and internal teams to understand strategic direction and ads portfolio.
  • Define features that will drive Promoted Offsite seller adoption and retention, in alignment with the overall strategy and organizational goals.
  • Define with the design team new seller-facing workflows that enable Sellers to better reach buyers off company.
  • Drive cross-organizational alignment around upcoming features and capabilities.
  • Partner with the engineering team to develop these features.
  • Partner with data scientists and machine learning scientists to optimize performance.
  • Partner with the go-to-market team to launch these features successfully across marketplaces.


Qualifications:

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of Product Management experience in online advertising.
  • Experience with full lifecycle product delivery.
  • Track record of developing and launching new seller-facing campaign workflows.
  • Proven impact on delivering value to customers.
  • Ability to solve complex problems creatively to meet goals.
  • Ability to work well with a variety or people ranging across technical levels.
  • Outstanding verbal and communication skills, including effective communication with senior leadership.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of Product Management experience in retail media networks sponsored/promoted advertising.
  • Knowledge of the digital advertising and e-commerce ecosystem.
  • Experience and familiarity with CPC-based advertising products.
  • BS or MS Degree in a technical field.
  • MBA.
