84.51 seeks an HRIS Consultant to manage and drive our Workday system. In this role, you will provide technical expertise and knowledge for effective administration, daily operations, optimization, and continued implementation of our Workday system.
Minimum Skills required (Required):
Experience with Workday configuration
Troubleshooting, resolving HRIS performance issues, maintaining configuration of business rules and workflows, system security administration and ensuring overall data integrity
Experience with HCM, Payroll, Performance Management, Reporting and Compensation Modules
Position Specific Skill Preferences/Desires:
Ability to standardize, optimize and simplify processes and technical solutions.
Continuous and independent learner mindset
Minimum five years of HRIS system experience
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as primary system administrator for the environment.
Handle all basic administrative functions such as managing user access and security roles and maintaining field validation tables.
Create new reporting and dashboard capabilities and respond to ad hoc reporting requests as needed.
Maintain and configure workflows.
Upload data files as needed by the business.
Set up and maintain Data Loader extracts and loads. Understand business needs and recommend, estimate, implement, and test best practice solutions that work for all areas of the business.
Incident & defect management & resolution.
Help prepare for and administer upgrades, and assist in identifying related training needs.
Assist in training of users and answering questions to grow the salesforce.com skill set across the organization.
Liaise with external support vendor to ensure all are aligned with the configuration and work with the vendor to process the work effectively.
Establish and document processes to support all areas of responsibility.
