The Opportunity:
Join CACI as a Journeyman Agile Coach under the SCITLS contract supporting USSTRATCOM. You will coach, mentor, and facilitate the Agile practice and principals our across the program. You will engage with program leadership and play a crucial role in the Agile transformation and continuation of the Agile mindset throughout the program. In this position, you will coach and mentor both individuals and teams in the Agile thought process, and the Agile approach to work. This role operates with appreciable latitude in developing methodology and presenting solutions to problems.
This position supports U.S. Strategic Command (USSTRATCOM) in Omaha, Nebraska, and is contingent upon award of the USSTRATCOM SCITLS contract.

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. Responsibilities:
Agile Coach, Journeyman:
- Guides team through the adoption and implementation of Agile practices and methodologies
- Creates, manages, maintains, and distributes system, functional, and domain metamodels for use during all aspects and phases of capability and lifecycle engineering activities across the USSTRATCOM portfolio
- Ensures standards and processes are maintained IAW DoD and USSTRATCOM policy through all phases of architecture and engineering activities
- Facilitates teams, guides the implementation of Agile principles, and helps teams and individuals embrace a collaborative and iterative Agile approach to work
- Coaches and mentors individual team members and leaders to improve Agile practices and foster a culture of continuous improvement
- Collaborates with leadership to drive Agile transformation
- Identifies and reports on risks and opportunities for improvement
- Possesses and applies expertise of deep understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean)
- Operates with appreciable latitude in developing methodology and presenting solutions to problems
Qualifications:
Required:
- Current Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in science (BS) or a bachelor's degree in arts (BA)
- A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience working in Agile environments, including familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe.
- One or more of the following, or an equivalent certification
- PMI-Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)
- Professional Scrum Master
- SAFe Agilist
