Junior Advisor/Financial Consultant | Chicago, IL
Chicago RIA seeks motivated/licensed Advisor who will help support CEO/Founder's book of business. This is a great opportunity for an Advisor who enjoys working with clients on comprehensive financial plans without the requirements of hitting sales goals. Will use knowledge/experience across financial products/strategies (investment/philanthropic/insurance/alternative/income) in collaborative work with CEO and CSA to deliver an outstanding client experience. This role is in-office 5 days / week.
Responsibilities:
Primary focus is on ensuring high net worth client needs are taken care of; assess individual client's situation and navigate them to a successful outcome; help develop comprehensive financial plans for clients; work with corporate team as needed
Act as point of contact on incoming inquiries from corporate staff and clients; leverage CEO/Founder's expertise on situations requiring additional input
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree; 3+ years of experience in a financial advisory setting; FINRA Series 65/66
Technologically savvy; proficient in Microsoft Office
Highly motivated; team-player; excellent interpersonal and relationship building abilities; great problem-solving skills and attention to detail; outstanding written/oral communication skills; ability to prioritize effectively
The target base salary is between $85-95k annually plus bonus, with possibility for commissions on any assets brought in. This figure can vary depending on factors such as skillset and experience level.
