E&M Technologies, Inc. is currently seeking a Junior Disclosure Representative to join our team in Colorado Springs, CO in support of the North American Aerospace Defense Command (NORAD). NORAD is a United States and Canada bi-national organization charged with the missions of aerospace warning, aerospace control and maritime warning for North America. Aerospace warning includes the detection, validation, and warning of attack against North America whether by aircraft, missiles, or space vehicles, through mutual support arrangements with other commands.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide analysis and research for national security, infrastructure, technology, country, geographic area, biographic and targeted vulnerabilities.
  • Prepare assessments of current threats and trends based on the sophisticated collection, research, and analysis of classified and open-source information.
  • Develop and maintain analytical procedures to meet changing requirements and ensured maximum operation success.
  • Collect data using a combination of standard intelligence methods and business processes.
  • Maintain current knowledge of relevant technologies and subject areas.
  • Participate in special projects as required.
  • Conduct dissemination of U.S. produced intelligence products in support of coalition information sharing requirements.
  • Disseminate information in support of real-world efforts and utilize best practices to ensure information is discoverable and made available to the right person at the right time in a usable format.
  • Work closely with U.S. producers in dissemination their information to coalition networks, to include US BICES and other mission-specific networks.
  • Provide feedback and metrics to leadership relating to production, dissemination, and consumption of products across various networks.
  • Research, write, edit, and validate intelligence reports.
  • Research, locate, and translate IC products in support of partner nation sharing.


Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Able to pass translation test from Spanish into English at interagency language roundtable (ILR) level 3 or higher.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the principles, methods, processes, and applicable regulations involved in intelligence analysis.?
  • Experience in working with CCMD Foreign Disclosure Officers in working to get products released to a wider audience than originally indented.
  • Experience researching and writing intelligence reports.
  • Experience supporting multinational customers.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen.
  • Must have and be capable of maintaining a U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) security clearance at the required level.

  • Demonstrated ability to be innovative and to work independently.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
