Position: Junior Product Owner

Pay and Perks:

• Starting Pay: $70k - $95k, depending on experience.

About the Role:

• Gather and analyze user feedback to define product requirements, ensuring development aligns with business goals and stakeholder expectations.
• Prioritize and maintain the product backlog, refining features based on business impact, user needs, and technical feasibility to support smooth development progress.
• Develop and track product roadmaps, translating business objectives into actionable milestones while ensuring transparency with stakeholders.
• Lead agile ceremonies, including stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, to maintain development momentum and deliver continuous value.
• Monitor product performance through user feedback and key metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing data-driven enhancements.
• Foster collaboration between technical and business teams, ensuring alignment on goals, expectations, and priorities while effectively communicating insights to drive decision-making.

What We're Looking For:

• Strong product management skills, with the ability to analyze market dynamics and user needs and translate long-term business goals into actionable product roadmaps
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to interact with both technical teams and business stakeholders, and the ability to clearly convey complex insights
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and product management best practices, with experience in sprint planning, daily scrums, and retrospectives
• Ability to break down complex problems into manageable tasks, prioritize effectively, and proactively deliver results in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, or PowerBI, and experience with AI/ML/Data Science/BI projects is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus
