*Live within commuting distance of Dover, Pennsylvania
*Experience with high-speed capitol machinery in packaging industry; preferably with marking and coding equipment.
* Willingness to travel 15% of the time to customer sites.

What You'll Do:
- Lead and Inspire: Manage a team of 20 field service technicians, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
- Empower and Develop: Mentor and guide two Technical Leads who will assist in training and supporting the field team, ensuring top-notch service delivery.
- Optimize Operations: Oversee the scheduling, dispatch, and performance of the field service team, maximizing efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Troubleshooting & Support: While you won't be in the field every day, your technical expertise will be crucial in supporting the team with complex troubleshooting and problem-solving.
- Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development and implementation of service strategies that align with company objectives.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
What You'll Bring:
- Technical Acumen: A strong understanding of machinery, ideally with an electrical background. Experience in the packaging, marking, coding, or related industries is a plus!
- Leadership Potential: Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and mentor a team. We're open to candidates with prior leadership experience or those ready to step up and showcase their potential.
- Project Management Skills: Experience managing projects, timelines, and resources is highly desirable.
- Problem-Solving Prowess: A knack for identifying and resolving technical challenges with creative solutions.
