Junior Trial Attorney

Description

A prominent boutique trial firm is seeking a new attorney. This attorney will litigate and second chair trials for high-value employment cases. This firm only takes on a small number of 7+ figure cases. On average, the firm will have 15-25 cases at a time. This firm goes to trial an average of 3-5x/year.

This attorney will be trained and mentored by extremely prominent trial attorneys! Besides handling top-tier cases, this firm has a very collaborative environment. This attorney position is replacing another attorney my team placed here 4+ years ago. That attorney is leaving on great terms as they are relocating. That attorney had a wonderful experience here and highly recommends the firm!

The ideal attorney will have:

• 1+ year of litigation experience
• Experience drafting discovery and motions
• Experience making court appearances
• Experience taking and/or defending depositions
• A desire to try cases
• Employment law experience is a huge plus, but not required as long as this attorney has a strong interest in specializing in the practice
