The Role

We're looking for a dynamic Key Account Manager - Agencies to drive Shalion's agency client growth. If you're passionate about building strong and strategic partnerships, driving client success, and shaping the future of eCommerce, this role is for you. You'll own agency partnerships and collaborate closely with Sales and Customer Success to drive growth across some of our most important clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own Client Relationships - Build and nurture long-term partnerships with global agency clients, ensuring seamless account management across global, regional, and local levels while driving strategic engagement.
  • Identify Growth Opportunities - Proactively uncover upsell and cross-sell opportunities across services, teams, and markets to maximize client value and strengthen long-term partnerships.
  • Deepen Strategic Partnerships - Navigate complex agency structures to foster high-impact collaborations with key stakeholders and decision-makers, driving innovation and business growth.
  • Champion the Client Voice - Act as a trusted advisor, advocating for client needs and providing actionable insights that shape product development and drive organizational improvements.
  • Drive Sales & Expansion - Partner with the Global VP of Sales to develop and execute strategies that accelerate client growth and strengthen Shalion's market presence.
  • Ensure Client Success - Work closely with the Customer Success Manager to define strategic objectives, implement enablement initiatives, and ensure measurable impact on client performance.
What You Bring
  • Education - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, eCommerce, or a related field.
  • Experience - 5+ years in account management or customer success, with a strong focus on Retail Media, eCommerce, or digital advertising.
  • Agency Expertise - Deep understanding of media agency operations, their evolving needs, and industry challenges.
  • Strategic Relationship Management - Proven ability to build and maintain high-impact client relationships, fostering long-term partnerships that drive growth and innovation.
  • Communication & Influence - Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and influence decision-makers at all levels.
  • Proactive & Results-Driven - Self-motivated and adaptable, excelling in fast-paced environments and proactively identifying opportunities to enhance client success and business impact.
