Key Responsibilities
Strategic Account Management

  • Develop and execute account strategies to strengthen relationships with hospitals and healthcare providers.


  • Identify new business opportunities within existing hospital accounts to drive revenue growth.


  • Act as the primary point of contact for key hospital stakeholders, including procurement teams, administrators, and medical professionals.

Sales & Business Development

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets by promoting products and services to hospital accounts.


  • Conduct regular meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations for key hospital decision-makers.


  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations, and medical affairs) to ensure seamless service delivery.

Negotiation & Contract Management

  • Lead contract negotiations and pricing discussions with hospital procurement teams.


  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, policies, and contractual agreements.

Market Intelligence & Analysis

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and hospital procurement dynamics.


  • Provide insights and recommendations to optimize sales strategies and product positioning.

Customer Support & Relationship Building

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing after-sales support.


  • Build trust-based relationships to become a valued partner within the hospital network.


Qualifications & Experience

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, Healthcare Management, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
Experience:

  • 5+ years of key account management, sales, or business development experience in the hospital, healthcare, pharmaceutical, or medical device industry.


  • Proven track record of managing hospital accounts, including procurement negotiations.


  • Strong understanding of the hospital ecosystem, decision-making structures, and regulatory environment.
    Skills:


  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.


  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive strategic decisions.


  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.


  • Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office, and sales analytics tools.
