Key Account Manager

We're looking for a Key Account Manager with material handling/Forklift business experience. As the key account manager to one of our major local clients, you'll be responsible for managing the client's relationship, attending meetings, providing Solution based services, help clients design and order the right products for their needs, build knowledge of our products including our engineered technical specs, space optimization engineering.

You have a Base Salary plus Unlimited Commission on your sales, car allowance, insurance is provided through stipend, 401K provided. ***You need to live in the Knoxville, TN area for this role.

What you'll do for the Key Account Manager role:

• Foster existing relationship with the client
• Offer solution-based results
• Help design and optimize warehouse optimization systems
• Participate in product engineering if needed
• Provide technical product specifications
• Manage all installations from idea to installations, Project Manager
• Other tasks as assigned

What you need for the Key Account Manager role:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering a plus
• Material handling business experience required
• Minimum of 5 or more years in warehouse sales or forklift sales
• Superior written and spoken communication abilities
• Project Management
• Business Development experience
