We have two open position. One Kinaxis Solution Architect - need a resource who is a USA citizen and Kinaxis Developer.
Kinaxis Solution Architect - Supply Chain Planning Manager
A professional at this position level has the following responsibilities :
Serve as the chief planner/architect for delivery initiatives; ensure that the delivery architecture, capabilities and operations are consistent across the enterprise and meet the requirements of the managed service offerings. Support growth and delivery of the capability.
Configure the system to support business requirements, design / configure different seeded resources like worksheets, Alerts, Metrics, scorecards, etc.
Perform Integration testing during System Integration Testing
Support User Acceptance Testing
Architecting Planning solutions using Rapid Response, MRP to achieve a defined business outcome, working with Interfaces, work flows and data management/data migration.
Works together with the functional team to drive the adoption of standard business practices.
In-depth knowledge in different seeded resources like worksheets, Alerts, Metrics, scorecards, etc.
Knowledge of integrating Kinaxis with host ERP systems through DataWarehouses for both Inbound and Outbound Interfaces, work flows, Query development, preparation of detailed functional specifications for enhancements, layouts and reports etc.
A professional at this position level will have the following responsibilities :

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years work experience). If Associate's Degree, must have equivalent minimum 6 year work experience
Minimum of 3 years of experience in implementation of Kinaxis RapidResponse modules, such as Supply Planning, Forecasting and Demand Planning, ATP, Aggregate Supply Planning, Capacity Planning, Attribute Based Planning, Sales & Operations Planning
Minimum of 5 years of experience implementing supply chain planning business solutions
Nice to have:
Designing solutions in RapidResponse by working with Scenarios.
Hands on experience on Demand Planning, Statistical Forecasting, Consumption based planning, Re-order point planning, MRP, MPS, Long term Planning, Capacity planning and Production scheduling, Batch Management, Serial number management with discrete and Process industry.
Hands on experience on Supply Chain Planning Master Data Maintenance i.e Material Master, BOM, Work center, Routings, Vendor Master, Customer Master, Info records, source list, Schedule agreements, contracts etc.
Knowledge and experience of integration of Planning function with Mfg, Quality, Materials Management, Sales and Distribution, Sourcing, Logistics and Costing functions.
SAP MRP, PP, APO experience

Kinaxis Developer - supply chain systems would be responsible for delivering implementation and application support for existing applications in supply chain domain as per Business requirements. Candidate must work with onshore/offshore teams to understand the requirements, follow the standards and governance to deliver solution and Support in a timely manner
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

As technical Lead assist in enhancement, support and maintenance of Kinaxis
Work with Business users and teams located onsite or remotely; across geographies.
Analyze user reported system issues, investigate the root cause and provide resolution.
Log SR on OEM portal, follow-up and get responses for the issue logged. Escalate as required.
Document the issue register and maintain FAQs of legacy and current issues.
Initiate and manage Change control cycle end to end.
Prepare & maintain System requirement, configuration, technical design documentations.
Author Test Scripts and coordinate approvals.
Coordinate the User Acceptance testing with Business users.
Analyze reporting needs, design, develop reports from the applications.
Analyze system integration needs with other systems and implement it.
Perform programming tasks, such as coding and debugging program logic.
Work with vendors, out-sourced solution partners for implementation of new projects.
Work with outsourced solution partners for supporting existing IT systems.
Manage the 3rd party external team on the tasks assigned within defined timeframe budget and required quality.
Coordinate with Internal teams supporting the projects.
Prepare presentations, participate in review sessions.
Prepare Capability Life cycle (SDLC and CSV documents) for the project.
Work on multiple initiatives, projects in parallel.
