AMDEX is looking for a Knowledge Program Manager SME in support of Cyber Security operational processes.

• Support the government in designing, managing, and continually improving knowledge bases in ServiceNow and Microsoft SharePoint.
• Train others on the use of knowledge base tools and explain the knowledge management process.
• Improve the organization's management of knowledge to ensure that IOD is operationally effective.
• Present complex information clearly to both technical and non-technical audience.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

• 5+ years demonstrated experience in designing, building, and evolving knowledge bases, as well as implementing new knowledge management lifecycle processes.
• Experience in ServiceNow and SharePoint.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and support the continuous improvement of knowledge management practices.

This position is contingent on contract award.
