A leading law firm is seeking a Labor & Employment Associate with 3 to 8 years of experience to join their dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled attorney to represent public and private employers in a broad range of labor and employment litigation and advisory matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent employers in cases involving disciplinary actions, terminations, discrimination claims, and internal investigations.
• Provide legal counsel on state and federal employment laws, including compliance and risk management.
• Draft and negotiate employment agreements, separation agreements, and severance packages.
• Collaborate with attorneys across practice areas to develop comprehensive legal strategies for clients.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• 3 to 8 years of experience in labor and employment litigation and advisory work.
• Strong understanding of employment laws, regulations, and compliance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong academic credentials and ability to manage multiple client matters.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary range: $132,500 - $200,000 (based on experience, skill level, and office location).
