Landscaping Account Manager / Client Retention Specialist

The Account Manager / Client Retention Specialist plays a critical role in differentiating the company from its competition and in achieving its customer experience and retention objectives. As the client's single point of contact, you'll ensure client satisfaction, retention, and revenue per client maximization.

Responsibilities

• Act as client's single point of contact
• Enhance customer experience
• Maximize client retention
• Proactively identify and resolve quality issues
• Identify upsell opportunities
• Resolve customer concerns
• Other tasks as needed to support the company's objectives

Requirements (Ideal Candidate)

• Sufficient landscape industry experience to be effective in this role
• Understand landscaping including plants, trees, turf, and hardscaping
• Able to proactively identify quality concerns on properties
• Able to identify upsell opportunities on properties
• Have exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Be personable and someone clients and coworkers enjoy working with
• Have strong problem-solving ability
• Able to represent the company in a professional manner
• Be highly organized
• Able to work with very minimal supervision
• Live within one hour of Kalamazoo, MI or be willing to relocate
• Be a good fit in a family-first and friendly office
• Willing and able to pass drug test

Compensation & Benefits

• $85,000 Base salary plus bonus opportunity
